Hotel Accomodation
Hotel accommodations are not included in the Workshop Participation Fees and should be reserved by the Workshop
Participants with the hotel of their choice. A list of hotels that provide a special PATMOS 2005 rate is given in
the 'Hotel Information' section of this web site.
Terms and Conditions
Confirmed Workshop Participants are to be understood as Workshop Participants to whom a receipt of their booking
form has been confirmed by the organisers by fax or email. Workshop participation places are nominal and may not be
shared. Substitution of workshop participation is permitted, provided the organisers have been informed by fax or
E-mail before September 15, 2005.
A 50% cancellation fee will be due if the cancellation of a workshop participant is received before
July 31, 2005.
The full workshop registration fee will be due, if the cancellation of a confirmed booking is received on or
after July 31, 2005.
The organisers keep the right to modify the workshop programme, speakers, timing or venue without prior notice
and cannot be held liable for any such changes.
