PATMOS 2007 is the seventeenth in a series of annual international workshops. The PATMOS meeting has evolved into an important European event, where industry and academia meet to discuss power and timing aspects in modern integrated circuit and system design. A peer review process is used to select the best of the submitted manuscripts for electronic and print publication.
PATMOS 2007 is organized by Chalmers University of Technology. The organizers are pleased to welcome the attendees to Göteborg and to the West coast of Sweden! The lighthouse at the top of the page is there for good reason. The ocean is an important part of our life: yachting and other water sports are very popular here, and the best local cooking focuses on seafood.
Historically, shipping and fishery have dominated the local economy. Modern-day local industry is more diversified, and includes companies such as AstraZeneca, Ericsson, Hasselblad, Saab, Volvo Cars, and AB Volvo. Two universities with 60,000 students contribute to the open and international atmosphere.
Göteborg is reached by direct flights from many European airports. Alternatively, Oslo, Copenhagen, or Stockholm can be reached in less than four hours by train or by car (a suitable distance for a mini-vacation?).
