Registration and Hotel Reservation

Registration is possible in advance or on site. Advance registrations are strongly recommended, but only accepted in written form and if payment is included free of any charges in DM by check payable to OFFIS or by bank transfer. Cancellations will only be accepted if made in written form to the conference secretary. Registrations cancelled before Sept. 15, 95 will be refunded 80% of the fees paid. Later cancellation will be charged full fees, however a substitute can be nominated in written form at any time before the opening of the workshop.

Registration

Registration Fees:

Before Sept. 15, 95            DM  550,-
After Sept. 15, 95             DM  600,-
Companion banquet ticket       DM   90,-

The registration fee includes admittance to the workshop and:

one copy of the proceedings
lunches
beverages during coffee breaks
reception on Wednesday
banquet on Thursday
shuttle service to/from the hotels to/from OFFIS

Airport Shuttle Luftibus

The airport shuttle from Bremen airport will be arranged if ordered together with the registration. Please indicate your flight schedules and flight numbers.It takes approx. 30 minutes from the airport to your hotel. The fee depends on the number of passengers to the same hotel and is maximum DM 50,- per trip. The fee has to be paid directly to the driver.

Hotel Reservation

A limited number of rooms have been reserved at a discount rate. Hotel room reservations will be made until Sept. 15, 95 and are subject to availability. All reservations will be confirmed. Any room cancellation shall be made directly to the hotel and may be subject to a fee.

Hotel categories:

category A: single  DM  60,-  to  DM 100,-
            double  DM  90,-  to  DM 130,-

category B: single  DM 100,-  to  DM 130,-
            double  DM 130,-  to  DM 180,-

The prices include breakfast. Both categories are equipped with bath/shower, WC, telephone, TV, minibar. In case your preferred category is fully booked, a reservation will be made in the alternative category as long as available.
