Simply print all pages and staple at upper left corner.

This version of the advance program has the pages reordered for a booklet to be stapled at the center line. The document is meant for double sided (duplex) printing.

Print your own program booklet (for non duplex printers):

If you don't have a duplex printer the program is also available as two files containing the frontsides  and backsides. Depending on your printer, you may have to reorder the pages before turning over the stack for printing the backsides.
